Pay Range: $20-$22

Job Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing RSC duties (unlocking/ locking doors, brewing coffee for both kitchenettes, turning on/off TV’s, light cleaning etc.)
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Greets, interacts, offers beverages, and directs all visitors to the RSC
- Connects guests to appropriate staff
- Creates a positive and memorable experience for customers, clients, partners, employees, investors–anyone that walks in or calls your place of business
- Answer multi- phone line with excellent customer service and professionalism
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
- Inform employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized according to company standards
- Responds timely to guest feedback through Chatmeter & XRG website, email or personal call
- Forwards guest comments that flow into our cite, to RD’s and follows-up to ensure inquiries have been answered promptly
- Perform other duties/ tasks/ projects as assigned
Knowledge/Competencies:

- InMoment & Chatmeter Software
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

- Must demonstrate commitment, dedication, and self-motivation
Other:
- In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
