Lift Solutions Holdings provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions. We offer rigging and other lifting equipment, as well as OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services and parts for overhead cranes.

Position Summary

The Receptionist/Order Entry will be responsible for receiving visitors, handling all customer inquiries, concerns, and orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction; day to day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relative to price, availability, quotes, and lead times, in person and via email.
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of product line and services.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring options; implementing solutions; escalating unsolved discrepancies.
  • Invoicing
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Education & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer Service attitude
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)

Physical Ability Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to be mobile throughout facility to communicate with other departments.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time.
