Salary: $15 - $20HR Depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, and clients with professionalism.
- Manage front desk operations: answer/direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
- Maintain the reception and office areas to ensure they are organized and presentable.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic administrative support tasks.
- Post job ads for skilled trades, labor, and office roles in the construction industry.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Support hiring managers with staffing needs for construction projects.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including ensuring completion of documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
- Promote company culture and career opportunities to attract quality talent.\
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Previous experience in reception, HR, or recruitment (construction staffing experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for communication with field staff.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
