Duration: 9 Months (Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking a Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Tech Impact Awards Program, a high-visibility recognition initiative celebrating the organization’s most impactful technical achievements. This role will manage the full lifecycle of the program, from kickoff through to final recognition. In addition, the Program Manager will lead a market intelligence initiative that tracks how AI is impacting workforce productivity and hiring and may support other priority projects as needed. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and excels at stakeholder management, communications, and operational execution. Responsibilities: Own and manage the annual Tech Impact Awards Program end-to-end:Program planning, kickoff, and timeline management. Tracking nominations, verifying eligibility, and managing documentation. Coordinating stakeholder communications, deadlines, and announcements. Leading the final selection process for award recipients. Partner with the team on a market intelligence initiative focused on AI’s impact on workforce productivity and hiring. Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and maintain alignment between central the client’s program standards and product area execution. Manage program infrastructure (nomination tracking systems, documentation, reporting, and governance). Drive clear, multi-channel communications (emails, presentations, news briefs, updates) to stakeholders. Identify and proactively manage risks, timelines, and dependencies. Leverage program metrics and data insights to recommend improvements for future cycles. Experience (Mandatory): 4+ years of professional experience in program or project management. Proven experience managing recognition, rewards, or incentive programs, with the ability to handle nomination processes, verification, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end program execution. Strong analytical and research skills to lead a market intelligence initiative, synthesizing insights on how AI is impacting workforce productivity, hiring trends, and organizational structures. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects end-to-end. Excellent attention to detail when handling large data sets (budgets, recipient lists, tracking systems). Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment across diverse groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels. Proven ability to manage risks, deadlines, and dependencies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in process design and optimization. Data-driven mindset: ability to track program metrics and recommend improvements. Background in recognition, rewards, HR operations, sales incentive programs, or related areas (not required – transferable skills welcome). Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
