A company is looking for a Recoveries & Payments Analyst to improve processes related to vendor payments and recoveries within their financial operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport vendor payment and recovery operations, ensuring compliance and efficiencyProcess, record, and distribute vendor payments accurately and on scheduleAnalyze payment data to manage aging items and implement strategies for timely recovery and complianceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field1-3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or analytical role, ideally in a TPA or insurance environmentFamiliarity with invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial documentation is a plusStrong proficiency in data tools such as Excel; experience with visualization tools is a plusKnowledge of or exposure to escheatment and/or recoveries processes is a plus
