What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Shifts Available:

AM Shift 7 am to 3:30 pm

• 0.6 FTE - Sunday, Monday and Wednesday 7:00am- 3:30pm
• 0.6 FTE - Sunday, Monday and Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm

PM Shift 3 pm to 11:30 pm

• 0.8- Days will vary as needed 3:00pm- 11:30pm

NOC shift 11 pm to 7:30 am

• Short-Hour 0.4 - Friday and Saturday 11:00pm- 7:30am
• Full-Time- 1.0- Tuesday- Saturday 11:00pm-7:30am

Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $23.71. Plus Shift differentials :6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
• Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
