The Opportunity

Make a real difference in addiction recovery at CMC:Berkshires, our 15-bed residential treatment center nestled on 200 acres in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. For over 10 years, CMC has been transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based treatment and we're looking for dedicated weekend team members to join our mission.


Your Role

As a Recovery Specialist, you'll provide direct care, fostering community connections and supporting clients on their unique change path. This is hands-on, meaningful work where every interaction matters. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that believes deeply in people's capacity to change.

The Details

  • Great team environment and potential for advancement
  • Starting wage $20/hour (+$5/hour weekend shift differential!)
  • Potential for increase after 6 months
  • Part-Time 20 hours; Full-Time 40 hours (4 day workweek if desired!)
  • Must hold a valid drivers license in good standing.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours
  • Ability to and comfortable with working independently
  • Ability to and comfortable with driving a mini-van
  • Ability to lift, push, pull weight of 50 lbs.


Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly Wage
