Logix Guru is a rapidly growing IT Consulting company located in Murrysville, PA. We are seeking to hire an experienced and energetic Recruitment Coordinator who is tech savvy, has positive energy and is looking for an opportunity to grow along with our company. The ideal candidate is well-read, self-motivated with attention to detail, very organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Responsibilities for this position include working closely with account managers, clients, professional employees and vendors to assist in the recruitment process. Responsibilities and Duties Monitor various client systems for new job requirements, disseminating job requirements to recruiting team, scheduling candidate interviews, submitting candidates to clients, etc. Post and maintain job requirements on various job boards Maintain employee/client files Onboard new consultants Report preparation and maintaining appropriate filing systems Performing additional projects and tasks assigned Qualifications and Skills 3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative or recruiting assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint) and exposure to social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Deadline and detail-oriented Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships Well organized and able to multi-task and work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment Ability to quickly learn various client/vendor staffing procurement systems and processes
