Regional Custom Modeling Specialist

You will be part of our Operations Team in the area of manufacturing and repair systems of Technical Support & Education team. You will document and support the processes as well asparticipate in rollouts of our systems. Furthermore you will provide our manufacturing and repair facilities with technical support and training on equipment and production software.

Your tasks

*Provide second level technical and applications support for the manufacturing and service equipment and software

*Responsibility for creation and implementation of rollout plans for the introduction of specialized equipment at Group Companies and Distributors

*Train the local specialists and users how to operate and troubleshoot the equipment on-site or remotely

*Ensure minimal disruption to production caused by equipment or infrastructure malfunctions or operator errors

*Coordinate link to technical equipment specialists and operations team, and communicate technical issues, problems and suggestions for improvement

Your profile

*A bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field, or an equivalent education in the technology sector

*A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics or a similar technology field, including support and training

*Possess strong analytical skills, efficiency, and a strong focus on providing customer solutions and exceptional service

*Demonstrated ability to organize tasks effectively and prioritize them accordingly

*Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in Spanish being an advantageous asset
