Job Description:
As a Regional Territory Representative at Theralogix, you will hold a crucial role in aiding the Sales Division in the development and management of a substantial territory. Your focus will be on promoting Theralogix products to medical offices, providing excellent education and customer service, and assisting in implementing the sales strategy for your designated region. This position entails a combination of in-office visits, virtual meetings, continuing communication, and travel within the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new physician offices and potential business opportunities, including networking through medical conferences, associations, and group purchasing organizations.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and execute strategies for growing business in your territory, including sourcing new physicians, creating communication strategies, and territory outreach.
- Prioritize opportunities and create actionable plans to expand product reach within the region.
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone meetings with healthcare providers (HCPs) and their staff to educate them on Theralogix products and their benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring offices have the necessary materials and supplies to recommend Theralogix products.
- Train new physician offices and staff in the referral process and ensure proper product usage.
- Work closely with the sales manager, Operations, and Marketing teams to align strategies and execute territory-specific sales plans.
- Attend and support regional medical conferences, exhibitions, and sales events.
- Coordinate and execute sales events such as lunches, virtual meetings, and presentations to key medical offices.
- Travel within your designated region to meet with physician offices and attend conferences.
Typical Work Week:
At Theralogix, we offer flexibility in your work schedule to seize opportunities within your territory. Here's an example of a typical week:
- Monday & Friday: Office days focused on emailing, calling offices, assisting with orders, and checking in with key staff.
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Travel days, which may include overnight stays, flights, and driving, either independently or with the regional sales manager.
Expectations:
- Approximately 40% to 50% of your time will be spent traveling.
- Weekly check-ins with your sales manager to discuss strategy, activities, and progress.
- Engage in high-value activities such as setting up new offices, presenting at lunches, and attending medical conferences.
- Manage administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, ordering samples, and enrolling new physicians.
- Perform data analysis to generate leads and track progress for strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
