Summary of Essential Functions for the Position:


Committed to Caring, The Regional Vice President of Clinical Services, a licensed Registered Nurse is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical direction to multiple Medicare-certified Home Health agencies. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving performance in compliance, quality outcomes, clinical standards, operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and growth. The seasoned Home Health leader, with strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS accuracy, PDGM reimbursement integrity, and Home Health Value-Based Purchasing performance, and clinical workflows. This role serves as a collaborative partner to agency leadership teams, corporate operations, quality improvement, and business development.


Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:


  • Current and active Registered Nurse license in applicable state(s) required.
  • Demonstrated multi-site Home Health leadership experience required.
  • Expert knowledge in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
  • Experience working with managed care payors and value-based care models.
  • Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L oversight, billing, and revenue cycle performance; able to interpret and act upon financial data.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a track record of achieving measurable operational outcomes.
  • Proven capability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with corporate, clinical, and operational leadership teams.
  • Ability to model and promote company mission, philosophy, and Core Values in daily actions and decision-making.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present operational and clinical data.
  • Travel required.


Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
  • Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (optional addition if desired).


Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly work indoors in office or agency settings with standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier). Frequent travel to agency locations, field meetings, and regional leadership activities. Occasional presence in patient care settings where exposure to varying conditions may occur (e.g., weather, home environments, disinfectants, bodily fluids). Must maintain a professional presence when interacting with staff, referral partners, patients, and external stakeholders. Motor vehicle accidents are possible.
