Registered Behavior Technician in El Monte, CA at Go Spindle

This position offers an opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential behavioral support services within a school setting in El Monte, CA. The role is contract-based and focuses on assisting students with behavioral challenges through evidence-based interventions under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and school policies.
• Support social, academic, and communication skills development in students.

Qualifications:
