Registered Dietitian, CHERISHEpidemiology Location: New Orleans, LA Summary The Registered Dietitian assists in the implementation and management of dietary lifestyle interventions for clinical trials. Specific responsibilities include development of dietary intervention programs and educational materials, conducting group and individual dietary assessment and counseling sessions, and assisting with other activities related to the implementation and conduct of the clinical trials. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or another health science field.• CDR Registered Dietitian (RD), licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Examiners • 1 year of experience in dietary assessment, meal planning/prepping, and nutrient analysis. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with patients to meet physical activity guidelines. • Experience working with patients in a group setting. • Community health education or community-based programming experience.
