What You Will Do (Job Summary): As the Operating Room Charge Nurse, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the OR, ensuring the highest quality patient care, promoting team efficiency, and fostering a positive environment. You will act as a clinical resource for staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. Key Duties Include: · Coordinate and oversee patient care in the operating room · Act as a mentor and resource for the OR team · F acilitate communication between surgical staff, anesthesiologists, and other departments · Communicate with vendors and representatives for supplies, equipment or instruments that are needed for cases. · Works closely with Materials and Sterile Processing Dept to coordinate supplies
