JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory and Neuro Diagnostics team. The ideal candidate will perform advanced diagnostic procedures related to respiratory and neurological function, ensuring accurate data collection and patient safety. This role requires strong clinical expertise, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and interpret results for physician review Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen, nebulization, and chest physiotherapy Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment such as EEG, EMG, and sleep study monitors Monitor patients during procedures and respond to adverse reactions or emergencies Document procedures, patient responses, and test results accurately in EMR Educate patients and families on procedures and respiratory care plans Collaborate with physicians, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care Required Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy or related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in respiratory diagnostics or neurodiagnostics Proficiency in operating diagnostic equipment and interpreting test data Strong communication and patient care skills Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life SupportResponsibilities:Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and interpret results for physician review^Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis^Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen, nebulization, and chest physiotherapy^Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment such as EEG, EMG, and sleep study monitors^Monitor patients during procedures and respond to adverse reactions or emergencies^Document procedures, patient responses, and test results accurately in EMR^Educate patients and families on procedures and respiratory care plans^Collaborate with physicians, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
