We are seeking a dedicated and organized Registrar to join our educational team, supporting the smooth operation of our school. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining accurate student records while providing excellent service to students, parents, and staff. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience working with PowerSchool and Monday.com.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates self-motivation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Manage all phases of the student enrollment process, from initial inquiry through completion.
- Enter and update student data in the student information system with precision and timeliness.
- Generate and distribute reports on student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress as needed.
- Ensure cumulative student files are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Process student withdrawals and coordinate the timely transfer of records.
- Communicate regularly with Elementary and Middle School schedulers regarding roster changes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries related to enrollment.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and families, representing the school with professionalism and warmth.
- Organize and coordinate annual Prospective Family Night events.
- Collaborate with District 49 and PowerSchool technical support to ensure accurate and timely submission of state reports, including October Count.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Consistently meets deadlines with accuracy and maintains organized, thorough records.
- Committed to professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with student record and privacy policies.
- Proficient in data entry and database management; experience with PowerSchool preferred.
- Skilled at managing the complexities of charter school enrollment processes.
- Builds and maintains positive, collaborative relationships with parents, students, and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, PowerSchool, Monday.com and Google Drive.
