Level II:
Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (minimum) - $100,000 (midpoint) - $123,000 (maximum)
Level III (Senior):
Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum) - $121,000 (midpoint) - $149,000 (maximum)

Level II:
Key Responsibilities:
Solves moderately complex technical issues using established procedures and technologies.
Provides reliability and safety analysis during new design conceptual and iterative stages, as well as in support of aftermarket findings.
Reviews and analyzes field data reports, including metrics such as MTBF, MTBUR, Weibull Analysis, FPMH, FIT, and Probability of Failure.
Collaborates with internal departments and external customers to address field concerns and assess component and field risks.
Creates and contributes to reliability and safety documents, such as FMEA, FMECA, DFMEA, and quarterly program assessments.
Applies understanding of business processes to support projects and improve operational efficiency.
Builds productive working relationships with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
Provides informal mentorship to new team members, aiding their integration and development.
Key Skills:
Demonstrates technical expertise in current technologies relevant to the role.
Proficient in reliability and safety methodologies, including FMEA, FMECA, and Weibull Analysis.
Familiarity with software tools such as Reliasoft, PTC Windchill Quality Solutions, MathCAD, MatLab, and Microsoft Access.

Leads reliability and safety efforts during new design conceptual and iterative stages and in support of aftermarket findings, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments.
Owns the review and analysis of field data reports, including metrics such as MTBF, MTBUR, Weibull Analysis, FPMH, FIT, and Probability of Failure, providing actionable insights.
Develops and reviews advanced reliability and safety documents, such as FMEA, FMECA, FTA, CMA, DFMEA, and program assessments, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Works cross-functionally with internal departments and external customers to address field issues, assess risks, and implement solutions to improve product reliability and safety.
Assesses emerging technologies and market trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantages.
Provides expert mentorship to colleagues, enhancing team expertise and fostering skill development across various technical areas.
Leads small-to-medium-sized projects, managing resources and ensuring successful outcomes with minimal risks.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
