Remote Legal Counsel Benefits
- Hourly rate of $190-$225 per hour during contract

Remote Commercial Legal Counsel
- 5+ years experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS start up supporting legal operations internationally
- Deep legal expertise in global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US privacy) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Commercial and product counseling experience, including negotiating enterprise vendor and sales agreements.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001), experience collaborating with security teams, and knowledge of emerging AI policies.
