Were hiring a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, youll connect with leads provided by the agency, educate potential clients on coverage options, and close sales with professionalism and care.
- Base pay: $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to connect with leads and prospects
- Educate clients on coverage options, pricing, and policy benefits
- Generate accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
- Hit daily and weekly goals for quotes, calls, and sales
- Contribute positively to team culture with clear communication and professionalism
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Prior insurance sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Strong self-motivation and time management skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting performance targets
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, quoting tools, and online systems
