They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize systems and processes behind revenue-generating marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate lead management and seamless execution across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign operations across Events, Webinars, Conferences, Gated Content, and Paid Marketing, leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize setup efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable scalable execution.
- In partnership with Data Science, own the development and optimization of ML driven lead scoring models that predict buyer intent and ensure high-quality leads are prioritized for Sales.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to build, refine, and scale automated AI messaging & personalized Outreach sequences that increase engagement and drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Ensure leads are properly enriched, segmented, and routed to Sales with accurate attribution and clear SLAs, and that follow-up by Sales is timely and aligned with engagement expectations.
- Drive strategic initiatives to continuously improve the marketing-to-sales handoff and enhance the scalability and efficiency of marketing operations.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience within marketing operations within a B2B software company.
- Experience applying AI technologies to streamline campaign creation, enhance personalization, and improve performance.
- Experience leveraging predictive ML lead scoring models to improve marketing-to-sales alignment and enhance pipeline efficiency.
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Splash, Zuddle, Customer.io, Madkudu, Zapier, Sanity.
- Strong understanding of the lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and deliver clear, strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- A bias for action and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and a working knowledge of SQL.
