What You'll Do:
As a Membership Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth membership operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing Medicare election forms: Accurately review and process critical enrollment documentation.
- Data entry of election forms: Meticulously input member information into our systems.
- Outbound phone calls: Proactively reach out to members to gather information or clarify details as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
You MUST live in Washington State.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
- Understanding of Medicare guidance and election periods- Required.
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail is paramount.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Important Details:
Location: This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside within Washington State.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM PST.
Position Type: This is a contract position with the potential for extension and/or the opportunity to apply for permanent roles while on contract.
