Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist (LMSW/LGPC). The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions and developing and implementing treatment plans. Additional tasks include case management, evaluating clients' mental health needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The therapist will need to maintain thorough documentation of sessions and treatment progress, participate in continuous professional development, and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning, Social Work, and Case Management
- Strong background in Mental Health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Valid LMSW or LGPC license in Maryland
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Experience in mental health clinical settings is a plus
