Note: This is a remote position.
NOTE: Salary during 3-6 months and then this is a COMMISSION-ONLY role with on-target earnings of $100,000 to $400,000+ in year one.
Ramp Up Period: $85k - $100k salary for the first 3-6 months during training and onboarding.
- Immediate income is generated from paralegals with existing cases
- Attorneys earn 10% of net collections up to $1M, and 15% beyond $1M
- Most attorneys collect around $3M annually, resulting in $400K in income
- Each attorney is supported by 3 paralegals
- Typical caseload is around 100 active cases
- This is a hands-on, client-facing, and entrepreneurial role with high earning potential

Job Description
Client Consultation and Case Evaluation
- Meet with clients to discuss personal injury claims.
- Gather and analyze information (medical records, accident reports, witness statements).
- Determine liability and identify responsible parties.
Negotiation and Settlement
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies and opposing attorneys.
- Evaluate settlement offers and advise clients.
- Negotiate compensation for medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, pain, and suffering.
Documentation and Case Preparation
- Prepare and draft demand letters.
- Organize and compile evidence, medical records, accident reports.
- Calculate damages accurately.
Client Communication
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Educate clients about the legal process and manage expectations.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Explore mediation or arbitration methods.
Legal Research and Strategy
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop effective legal strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the legal team, medical professionals, and experts.
Case Management
- Maintain accurate case records and track important deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Aderant Total Office experience is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of personal injury laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proficient in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Empathetic and client-focused.
- Experience in pre-litigation personal injury work preferred.
- Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
