TCI has an immediate need for a Remote Senior Integration Analyst in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity not available for C2C. NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card). SUMMARY The Senior Integration Analyst works under general direction to define both high-level architecture and detailed integration requirements that align with vendor specifications and customer needs. This role develops, configures, and customizes integration solutions to ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and routing for efficient and reliable data exchange. Leveraging advanced expertise in HL7 interfaces, the Senior Integration Analyst troubleshoots complex issues, enhances performance, and safeguards data integrity. The position ensures adherence to industry standards and protocols—including HL7v2 (X12), HL7v3 (XML and FHIR), and JSON—while fostering seamless interoperability across diverse healthcare systems. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive testing and validation of integration workflows to confirm reliability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As assigned by management, the Senior Integration Analyst serves as a team lead, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities that support the organization’s clinical, financial, and strategic goals. This role contributes to the development of standards and procedures, promotes best practices, and acts as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders for the implementation and maintenance of integration systems. Additionally, the Senior Integration Analyst provides mentorship and training to less experienced team members. Work Arrangement: This position offers the flexibility to work from home. However, employees may be required to complete training or attend business-related meetings on-site. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, or South Carolina. REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field and 5+ years of experience interfacing and/or scripting applications. Epic Bridges Certification is required. Cloverleaf Level II Certification is preferred. Remote work available; work hours are Eastern Time Zone. This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
