Liveops issearching for dynamic, Spanish-English bilingualIndependent Contractors (ICs) who are eager to deliver exceptionalvirtual teleservices for industry-leading brands. As anIndependent Contractor, you will:

  • Beyour own boss
  • Choose when and to whom youprovide support services
  • Set your ownschedule
  • Provide a distraction-free homeoffice
  • Provide your own home office equipment
  • Handle customer calls, assess needs, andsolve problems

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written Englishand Spanish skills
  • At least 1 year ofphone-based customer support experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple systems anddocumenting call notes
  • Ability to sit forlong periods
  • Patience and empathy
  • Ability to provide services pursuant to yourcontract independently

Compensation:

  • Submit invoices andreceive payment for completed services pursuant to contract
  • Pay structures vary based on client programand most programs pay for productive time and may includeperformance-based pay
  • ICs are responsible fortheir own taxes and expenses

Application and Certification Process

To becomean Independent Contractor the following are required:

  • Complete an application and pass abackground check
  • Sign an IndependentContractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form andset up direct deposit
  • Completeprogram-specific certifications

Background Check Information

The backgroundcheck requires a non-refundable $35 processing fee paid directly tothe background check vendor.

  • Wiredinternet connection
  • Android or Apple Phone
  • Provide your own equipment, including aWindows operating PC (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets are notsupported)
