Located in Massillon, OH
Salary: $24/hour
Keen attention to detail, great attitude, and strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot are a must. The ability to (Learn how to) identify and solve hardware problems. Knowledge of basic network configuration and diagnosis. Strong work ethic.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for failure analysis and repair of defective hash boards returned by customers and online tested.
2. Help relevant departments analyze to avoid damage to the hash boards, and completed temporary tasks assigned by leaders.
3. Summarize and share repair experiences with coworkers.
4. Repair, maintenance, spot inspection repair tools (such as heat gun and soldering iron, oscilloscope, etc.).
5. Read circuit diagrams, analyze electronic wires, various types of plug IC, chip, and other electronic components, familiar with digital and analog circuits.
Qualifications
1.High School Diploma or GED, and/or 2 years' experience in a related field.
2. Weld precision components and proficiently use various repair tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, electric soldering iron, hot air gun, etc.)
3.High-level electrical knowledge and understanding with the ability to learn detailed electrical circuit board troubleshooting procedures.
4.Strong communication skills, strong hands-on ability, able to independently solve abnormalities in the repair process
5.Have a sense of responsibility, be proactive in doing things, and be able to draw inferences from one another.
6.Be goal-oriented, accomplishment/satisfaction driven and be able to rise to challenges.
Physical Work Requirements:
Being able to repair will also require steady posture for prolonged periods ∙ Ability to sit, stand, bend, move
Ability to lift 15 - 30 lbs. of equipment depending on what is being repaired ∙ Flexible work schedule is available.
IT background/training is a plus
Any other Microsoft related certifications
A fast learner, team player, and self-starter with great communication skills
