Job Description

At McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality (MML), we’re known for creating some of the world’s most memorable hospitality experiences — where food, design, and service come together seamlessly. We’re looking for a Part-Time Reservationist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a friendly phone presence, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll assist guests with reservations across all MML restaurants, ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of our brand.

Schedule:

  • Evening/PM shifts only (up to 20 hours per week)

  • Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online reservation requests

  • Manage bookings, waitlists, and guest notes through the reservation system

  • Communicate with restaurant teams to coordinate seating and special requests

  • Provide guests with accurate information about restaurant hours, menus, and policies

  • Maintain a calm, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

  • Familiarity with reservation systems (like Resy or OpenTable) a plus

  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working evenings and weekends
