The Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for students and guests entering the residence hall. Key responsibilities include greeting all visitors, ensuring accurate guest sign-in, addressing guest inquiries, and providing building information, and contacting Residence Life staff or campus security when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all students and guests entering the residence hall.
- Ensure accurate sign-in of all guests.
- Assist students and hall guests by answering questions and providing building information.
- Contact appropriate Residence Life staff or campus security as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while on duty.

Qualifications:
- Current Stephens College student eligible for the Federal Work-Study Program.
