Arbors Management, a trusted property management company in Pittsburgh, is hiring Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in the area. We have openings for entry-level to experienced technicians who take pride in their work and want a steady, long-term job with no seasonal layoffs.

Work Schedule for Maintenance Technicians:

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (or similar)
• Shared on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency coverage

What Youll Do:

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs
• Handle basic HVAC maintenance (no certification required)
• Complete work orders and inspections using mobile technology
• Assist with custodial tasks, trash removal, and grounds keeping
• Respond to maintenance emergencies when on-call

• Ability to perform physical work consisting of lifting, bending, maneuvering within small spaces, walking property
• Beginner to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
