Crossroads Counseling & Training Services is seeking a Resident Manager to lead and support a small group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). *What You’ll Do:*
* Oversee daily operations of the group home
* Support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with scheduling, training, and coaching
* Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
* Maintain compliance with Medicaid and state regulations
* Work closely with guardians, care coordinators, and the Crossroads team to support residents’ independence and quality of life
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Experience in human services, management, or residential care preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Compassion, patience, and a commitment to person-centered care
* Ability to balance hands-on caregiving with administrative responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week

* Overnight Shift (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
* Fairbanks, AK 99709: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
