Job Title:  Residential Landscape Sales

(Full & Part-Time Positions Available)

Location: Kingwood, TX

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with qualified leads provided by the company with clients interested in enhancing their outdoor spaces.

· Meet with clients to assess needs, document site conditions, establish budgets, timelines, and create initial designs, closing projects with signed contracts.

· Sell comprehensive construction services including sustainable landscapes, hardscapes, patios, irrigation, lighting, and more.

· Aim to achieve annual sales targets of $500K, managing projects ranging from $5K to $50K+.

· Cultivate positive client relationships, guiding them through budgets and proposal processes.

· Oversee project installations, addressing significant changes and ensuring project alignment with client expectations.

· Maintain a robust client pipeline and ensure timely proposal submissions.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of sales and design experience in outdoor solutions.

· Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction practices.

· Ability to write clear estimates and proposals.

· Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.

· Adaptable with a sense of urgency to meet client needs.

· Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.

· Capability to manage project scopes and budgets effectively.
