Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Piece-Rate Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for electricians who excel in residential installations and enjoy being rewarded for productivity and craftsmanship. Compensation is based on the amount and quality of work you complete—perfect for motivated professionals who take pride in finishing jobs efficiently and to code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and fixtures in single-family homes.

  • Read and interpret residential blueprints and specifications to ensure precise installations.

  • Perform service upgrades, new construction wiring, troubleshooting, and final trim-outs.

  • Adhere to all Colorado state and local residential electrical codes and company safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Valid Colorado State Wireman License (minimum requirement).

  • Proven experience in residential electrical work such as new construction, remodels, or service calls.

  • Solid understanding of residential electrical systems, tools, and equipment.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Must provide own transportation and basic electrician’s hand tools.
