What Youll Do as a Residential Service Plumber:
- Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Clear and repair drains and sewer lines using proper tools and equipment (cable machines, hydro-jets, and cameras)
- Diagnose leaks, replace fixtures, and ensure systems meet safety and code standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain plumbing issues and present solutions
- Provide top-quality service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and properly care for company vehicle and tools
- Complete work orders accurately using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
What Were Looking For in our next Residential Service Plumber:
- Valid Alabama Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber License
- 2+ years of residential plumbing or drain service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line diagnostics
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience selling or presenting plumbing and drain solutions is a plus
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Pay Range
$26$35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives
Schedule
Full-time, MondayFriday, with rotating on-call availability
