• 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience, in a polished-casual or scratch-kitchen restaurant environment.
• A Culinary degree
• A hands-on, high-energy leadership style and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and operational excellence.
• Relocation flexibility is a plus as we continue to expand.
