About the Role
Join a well-known, national quick-service brand (confidential) as an Assistant Manager. You’ll lead shifts, develop team members, and keep operations running smoothly while delivering great guest experiences.
Restaurant Assistant Manager - What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shifts; coach and motivate 10–20 crew members
 - Ensure speed, accuracy, and hospitality (dine-in & drive-thru)
 - Handle cash control, deposits, and basic labor/food cost management
 - Oversee inventory, ordering, prep/line checks, and cleanliness
 - Uphold all food-safety and brand standards
 - Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, openings/closings
 
Restaurant Assistant Manager - What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year supervisor/assistant manager or shift lead experience in QSR/fast casual
 - High-volume/drive-thru experience preferred
 - Food Handler/ServSafe (or ability to obtain)
 - Strong people leadership and guest-first mindset
 - Bilingual in English/Spanish
 - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to ~40 lbs; flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
