Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:
- Promote a people-first culture
 - Lead teams to meet sales and budget goals
 - Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
 - Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
 - Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
 - Accurately forecast business trends by store
 - Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations
 
Restaurant District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 years+ of multi-unit restaurant management experience
 - Fast Food Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 MM+ annual sales
 - Quick-service restaurant and drive-thru experience
 - Track record of Community Involvement and Marketing Initiatives
 - Proven skills in staff development and team building
 - Commitment to a long-term career in the food service industry
 - Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
 - Candidate must be self-motivated and self-directed
