- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
- Motivating the team through thick and thin
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Background and Skills:
- Good career tenure
- 2 plus years of experience in the role of Assistant General Manager
- Both the FOH & BOH experience needed in expo, admin and day to day stations
- Full-Service Restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of budget management and financials
- Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
