We are a fast-paced, full-service, exciting restaurant concept that is booming with growth opportunities. This person will be managing both the Front of House and the Heart of House with a fairly even split between the two.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager looking to make their mark as a leader in a fun environment that promotes individualism and offers a great quality of life!

  • Coaching and developing the team
  • Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
  • Motivating the team through thick and thin

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Background and Skills:

  • Good career tenure
  • 2 plus years of experience in the role of Assistant General Manager
  • Both the FOH & BOH experience needed in expo, admin and day to day stations
  • Full-Service Restaurant experience required
  • Knowledge of budget management and financials
  • Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
