We are searching for a Restaurant General Manager for a well-known Quick Service concept in south-central Virginia. The company if growing and needing to add leadership as new stores continue to open!

Restaurant General Manager Key Responsibilities:

·     Manage restaurant operations excelling in brand standards.

·     Work directly with owner to help grow the business.

·     Collaborate with other General Managers and Team Leaders to foster a guest driven environment.

·     Implement store programs for sales growth.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

·     2-5 years of General Manager experience in quick-service restaurants.

·     Proven record of increasing sales and high guest satisfaction.

·     Systems and Standards Champion

·     Strong work ethic and a willingness to work alongside Team Members in every facet of the operation.
