Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager, or polished FOH leader in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
 - A natural leader with presence, poise, and impeccable polish
 - A guest-first mindset—refined, warm, and able to create lasting impressions
 - Must be ready to grow with a group expanding across Atlanta, Florida, and the Carolinas
 - Daily responsibilities will include overseeing front-of-house operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
 
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-profile restaurant openings
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
 - Passion for fine dining and luxury service standards
 - Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or award-winning establishment would be a plus
