We are looking for a Lead Manager for our Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia Shop, located in Center City! Right on Sansom Street, this shop has become a neighborhood staple! We do our absolute very best to take great care of the community as they are incredibly loyal to us, sometimes visiting us every single day!
We thrive under pressure, have a blast servicing our customers, and take great pride in creating the same wonderful high quality product over and over again.
We want someone for this position who has managerial experience, as well as both Front of House and Back of House experience. We want someone who takes great pride in keeping the staff on track during busy times, keeping morale high, taking care of customers, staying calm and organized during a rush / long lines, and always making sure all tasks are being completed properly and efficiently. Holding our staff accountable is a high priority as well. You will also be working on the line side by side with staff. This is not merely a supervisory position.
This shop is open 7 days per week, and we expect this position to work five days per week. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7-2, with managers coming in by 545am, and Saturday-Sunday 8-3, with managers coming in by 645am. Average work weeks for this position are 45 hours, with a maximum of 50 hours in special situations (Major Holidays / Big Catering Pushes / Short Staff / Etc). Schedule is Wednesday - Sunday, Days Off Monday and Tuesday.
Between online orders and in house, it is busy for the bulk of the shift, so be ready for that! Everyone works together as a team, and checks their ego at the door. No task is above or below anyone.
This job requires both back of house (Sandwich Making, Prep) as well as Front of House (Register, Coffee, Restocking the customer fridge) tasks.
The ability to speak Spanish is encouraged but not required.

TASKS INCLUDE:
-Scheduling
-Inventory and Ordering
-Ensuring that all employees adhere by our employee handbook's rules and regulations
-Handling any customer service issues / requests / etc
-Representing the Kismet brand
-Overseeing both Front and Back of house to ensure quality and consistency are maintained
COMPENSATION
Annual Salary - $55,000-$60,000
