Service Manager Job Requirements:
- Deliver outstanding guest experience to every guest through highly trained and supported team members
- Create a Culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
- Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support in a timely manner
- Drive Sales Growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of Team Members
- Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
- Will ensure consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through.
Service Manager Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience required.
- 1+ years of Full-Service restaurant management experience required.
- 1+ years of FOH management experience required.
- Management of at least 15 staff members required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Education Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
