We are looking for 2 Job Filing Coordinators to assist with a large upcoming project with a growing restoration company in Gilbert, AZ! You will be working in a role that is central to the administrative and documentation process. Handling everything from job intake to final billing!
This company specializes in fire and water cleanup and restoration services for both residential and commercial properties.
This is a temp to hire position with a growing company!
Experience they are looking for:
1. Restoration-Specific Platforms
- Xactimate / Xactanalysis
- Dash by Next Gear Solutions
- Moisture Tracking
2. Business Software
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- QuickBooks (sometimes)
- Ring Central
Job File Coordinator Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in restoration, construction, or insurance admin.
- Familiarity with Xactimate and Dash.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several job files at once.
- Comfortable with daily deadlines, insurance documentation, and customer updates
Location: In Office in Gilbert, AZ (off of Elliot and McQueen)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:45am-4:45pm
Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE
