Job Summary:

The Retail Marketer willattend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads forthe local office through ongoing interaction with potentialcustomers. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goalsadministered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Interact with potential customers and provideproduct demonstrations using high energy and positive engagementtechniques
• Work well without close supervisionbut always keeping the manager informed
• Meetpredetermined performance goals
• Generate highquality leads for our industry leadingproducts

JobRequirements:

• Must bewilling to work weekends (Friday, Saturday,Sunday)
• Attention to detail andpunctual
• Smartphonerequired
• Self-motivated with a strong desire toeducate potential customers about ourproduct
• High level of energy and engagement forlong periods of time
• Ability to utilize ourproven system to generate leads for our #1 ratedproduct
