Leaf Filter is lookingfor a District Retail MarketingManager to oversee teams of retail marketers atten area stores. The ideal candidate will have multi-unit retailmanagement experience, be well versed in local recruiting, and havethe ability to manage multiple teams of lead-generators. Salesexperience is a plus. Expected local travel up to 50%, and weekendavailability is a must.

Primary Purpose:

The Retail Marketing Manager willhire, train and develop a Retail Marketing Team to build brandawareness and generate sales leads in the local market through ourretail partnerships.


Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives togenerate sales leads for sales representative follow up

Identify, schedule, and plan schedule for team of RetailMarketers in assigned territory

Responsibilityfor budgeting and staffing within our retail affiliates

Manage retail marketing team in generating new salesleads

Manage retail marketing material andequipment set up and tear down

Collaborate withthe local Operation and Installation Mangers to grow brand presencewithin the local market

Recruit, hire, train anddevelop Retail Marketers and create accountability throughestablished Retail Marketer goals and KPIs

Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internalcommunications for cohesiveness and transparency across theorganization

Track and report retail metrics toevaluate performance and ROI of our retail partnerships

Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based uponestablished KPIs


MinimumSkills and Competencies:

High school diploma or GED

2+ years experience of successful lead generation andmanagement positions in direct to consumer industries

Strong recruiting and training skills

Experience with large scale budgeting andplanning

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

Self-starter with abilityto manage and develop others

Ability to handlemultiple priorities at one time

Strong planningand organizational skills, including attention to detail

Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies forretail marketing

Travel within the assignedterritory as needed

Ability to work eveningsand/or weekends

Proficiency using MicrosoftOffice Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/orAccess)

Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping theball”.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up yoursleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.

Apply active listening skills through the ability tocomprehend information presented and respondthoughtfully.

Detail-oriented and can focus onthe task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the mostefficient and effective pathway to completion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills arerequired for communicating with internal and external parties in amanner that is both articulate and professional.

Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize andevaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solvecomplex problems, and engage in reflection.

Ability to provide timely and empathetic help throughin-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps theco-worker or customer’s needs at the forefront of everyinteraction.

Ability to communicate effectively,to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions as well asothers, and foster positive working relationships across all levelsof the organization.

Holding oneself responsibleand being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering topolicies and being responsible for one’s own actions, performance,and decisions.


PhysicalRequirements:

  • Normal office environment and fieldoffice/manufacturing/construction environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlledenvironment and performs work outside in varying temperatures andclimates.
  • Medium work. Exerting up to 50pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to moveobjects.
