Pennington Seed/Central Garden & Pet Company is a leader in the lawn care industry. We seek a highly motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Return Center Line Leader in Greenfield, Missouri.

Shift Details:

• Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm

Location:

• Greenfield, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily quota.
• Select the proper seed product for check-in and dump bulk items.
• Follow proper scanning procedures on the bulk and check-in lines.
• Keep products neat, orderly, and in their proper areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment including cleaning any loose seed found.
• Use safety equipment properly where required.
• Ensure completed paperwork is kept in the correct location.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
• Able to use a computer.
• Must be able to lift at least 55 pounds.
• Work flexible hours as needed.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with frequent stooping, squatting, overhead lifting, and walking.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position in a manufacturing environment.
• Indoor and Outdoor work is required, but temperatures may vary.
• The work environment may be dusty.
• Must be able to stand and walk consistently.
