Job Description
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to oversee key revenue workflows and ensure compliance with internal SLAs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of API and Excel Data, including outreach and delinquency reportingMonitor daily automated alerts and maintain SLA compliance across multiple workflowsCoordinate with offshore support teams and track systemic issues across API credentials and partner data integrationsRequired Qualifications2-4 years in a revenue operations, analytics, or customer success role, preferably in SaaS or PropTechStrong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tablesExperience with Looker, Salesforce dashboards, and basic SQL queries via BigQueryFamiliarity with automation tools like Iterable or API testing utilitiesBonus: Knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi or AppFolio
