RN Assistant Operations Manager at Aimic Inc

Job Description:

The Assistant Clinic Operations Manager supports daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This RN-led role provides leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff, assists with staffing, scheduling, and process improvements, and serves as acting manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Supervise and support medical assistants and clerical staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
• Collaborate with providers and ancillary services to optimize workflows
• Support hiring, training, and performance management
• Analyze operational metrics and recommend improvements
• Act as liaison between staff and leadership
• Lead or assist with special projects and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Wyoming (BSN preferred)
• 3–5 years clinical experience; 1–2 years in a leadership role
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems and performance metrics

Preferred:

• Experience in ambulatory care
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards
• Healthcare leadership or management certifications
