As a Centralized Leasing Consultant, you play a crucial role in building our communities. The Centralized Leasing Consultant role is dedicated to boosting revenue and occupancy across multiple properties by identifying and filling rental opportunities, ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective residents, and supporting onsite teams and clients, all with the shared goal of driving incremental revenue and fostering prospect satisfaction.

 

This is an on-site position at our corporate office headquarters in Mansfield, TX.

Position Summary

      The Centralized Leasing Consultant will collaborate closely with our clients, the Chief Operating Officer, as well as our onsite teams.

      Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, vendors, and others to achieve community objectives for occupancy levels, as outlined by ownership in partnership with operations management.

      Assist in educating residents about community rules, lease terms, and compliance enforcement.

      Maintain up-to-date resident files.

      Meet follow up, time to respond, conversion, and leasing goals for multiple designated properties.

      Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective residents.

      Quickly reply to information requests from incoming channels, managing the entire process from lead acquisition and prospect communication to rate quoting, availability, application management, and resident follow-up.

      Answer inquiries and effectively communicate the property's features to potential residents.

      Quickly assess customer needs, create a sense of urgency, and encourage prospects to apply.

      Collaborate with our Operations teams to address specific processes and lessee-related requirements and organize a coordinated effort for onsite tours (where applicable).

      Develop new outreach emails, scripts, and templates while ensuring Knock remains up-to-date and optimized.

      Become an expert on our communities and the surrounding areas where our properties are located, including knowledge of schools, employers, and local amenities.

      Establish and foster relationships with prospects, from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing.

      Ensure all prospects are accurately entered and managed in Knock.

      Track wins and total revenue attributed to your successes.

      This position is based in our Mansfield, TX office with occasional visits to properties (15%-25% of the time).



QUALIFICATIONS:

      Two years of leasing experience. Multi-site experience is preferred.

      Bi-lingual skills, English-Spanish, is required


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

      Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and emails. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from residents, owners, supervisors, and the public, and other team members.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  

      Complete and pass the Fair Housing Test

      Valid state drivers license and liability insurance

      Attend training courses as assigned

      Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Able to work weekends (when needed)
