Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: RN - Operating Room Location: Highland Park Hospital Full Time/Part Time: FT 40hrs/week Hours: M-F 7a-3:30p/9a-5:30p rotating plus an on-call requirement Required Travel: Must be willing to travel to other NorthShore sites What you will need: • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required • Education: BSN degree preferred • Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required • Experience: Operating Room experience preferred What you will do: • Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patient populations and families • Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care • Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice • Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care • Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Premium pay such as shift, on call, holiday being there for our patients and each other with compassion, respect and empathy.
