Act as a primary resource and mentor for team members. Manage client cases, ensuring their needs are met with the highest quality of care. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii. Minimum of 3 years of case management experience. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional care and leading a team.
